We will provide detailed construction drawings sufficient to obtain precise bids from registered contractors.

We are skilled draftsmen, not engineers. Since engineering stamps are now required for many permit applications, these drawings may not be adequate to meet the criteria now required by Planning and Zoning, and we cannot provide that. You may need a third party to complete your building permit application.

If you are unable or unwilling to navigate the maze of requirements imposed by Planning and Zoning, we can take your project through the entire permit process, although hourly charges, and third party fees, in addition to the basic drawing charges, will apply. Since Planning and Zoning has the power to approve or disapprove your project, receipt of a building permit cannot be guaranteed.
